Refund policy

We accept exchanges on cassettes, VHS, DVD, Blu-ray if defective or you're not happy with it. They must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. 

We accept returns of defective electronics at our discretion if the defective reasons are agreed to. They must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item.
